Your business has built something valuable.
The knowledge behind it could help build the next generation of AI.
A few questions to start. No files or system access needed.
EXPLORE YOUR POTENTIAL
Years of operating knowledge can open up a new opportunity. Explore a potential payout range, then answer a few questions to help us assess the records behind it.
Context matters. Useful history, connected workflows, and the rights to share them shape the opportunity.
A potential new revenue stream
from the knowledge you already own.
Illustrative range. Subject to review and a written offer.
Any offer depends on buyer demand, data quality, volume, licensing rights and preparation.
This is a proposed, illustrative range, not an offer. A 50-person business with five years of data starts at $75,000–$250,000. The range scales with team size and usable history, rounded outward to $25,000; large examples can exceed $2 million. It is anchored to a $125,000 example and is not calibrated to completed Deep Labs deals. Buyer demand, sources, quality, volume and licensing rights determine any actual offer. Some businesses will not qualify.

AI needs more than information. It needs context: how businesses make decisions, solve problems and get things done.

Deep Labs licenses operational data directly from businesses for AI development. Our team works with you on the opportunity, scope and terms.
Describe the company you've built, the systems you use and the history of your records. The first step is a few questions about your business.
YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR BOUNDARIES.
A licensing opportunity starts with clear boundaries. Define the records, systems, date ranges and permitted uses before any data is shared.

A NEW CHAPTER FROM
Deep Labs brings TDV’s place in the AI ecosystem to a practical opportunity for business owners.
We help you explore the value in the operating knowledge you’ve already built, with one team to guide the conversation.
Explore the opportunityA LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Here’s what to know before
we start the conversation.
It’s the working record of your business: documents, support tickets, project histories, process knowledge and other records created through day-to-day operations. Context, quality and useful history matter more than a large pile of files.
An offer depends on current buyer demand, the data’s quality and uniqueness, usable history, and the rights available to license. An initial assessment helps establish fit. It is not a valuation or a guarantee of a deal.
No. The initial assessment asks for a description of your company and its records. Don’t upload files or share access credentials. Any later review or transfer would have a separately agreed scope and process.
The proposed model is a license to an agreed dataset, rather than a sale of your business. Ownership, permitted use, exclusivity and ongoing rights must be spelled out in the agreement before you commit.
Flag anything sensitive or subject to restrictions in the assessment. Rights, exclusions, redaction and handling requirements need to be reviewed before any sample or dataset is shared. Data held on behalf of a client may require separate permission.
Business owners and authorized company leaders with real operating history and records their company has the right to license. Companies across professional services, software, construction, logistics and other sectors can request an assessment. Fit depends on the specific opportunity.
