Intake privacy.

This notice describes the Deep Labs supplier assessment and buyer brief forms. Any later data review or licensing arrangement requires a separate scope and agreement.

Who operates Deep Labs

Deep Labs is a brand of The Deep View, operated by Kolossus Media Inc. The parent brand identifies its operator in The Deep View privacy policy. This notice covers the separate Deep Labs intake and measurement setup.

What this form collects

Your name, work email and phone number with country code; company and public website; country, industry and company size; optional seniority, job function and job title; decision-making role; preferred contact method; high-level systems and record categories; approximate history and volume; sensitivity and rights status; optional record formats, languages, export readiness, workflow descriptions and goals; and your assessment consent. Campaign tags may be retained to understand how you found the assessment. A signed-in review may associate the receipt with your account.

We also collect exact or estimated employee counts, operating and retained-data years, workflow coverage, record units, originality, language coverage, preparation timing and existing licensing restrictions. A buyer brief collects contact and company details, the requested domain or workflow, volume/history, intended uses, constraints and timing.

How the details are used

The information is used to assess fit and follow up about the opportunity through your preferred contact method. The form saves a dated assessment and consent record. The Deep Labs team receives an internal notification in a private Slack channel and a record in a restricted Google Sheets tracker. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a newsletter or text marketing, or authorize licensing, extraction or onward sharing of company datasets. This site does not automatically forward form answers to a lab.

Supplier fit and human review

Supplier answers are used to calculate a provisional fit score and public-program benchmark matches for internal prioritization. Unknown answers and restrictions can trigger human review. A score is not a valuation, a licensing decision or evidence of buyer acceptance. Our team records a reviewed qualification separately, with the buyer requirements and supporting evidence. Repeated supplier inquiries can be grouped by company website and the initial operating-record package.

Optional advertising measurement

If you allow measurement through Privacy choices, Meta and our server-side tracking provider can receive page and assessment events, followed by a high-potential supplier event when the provisional intake rules are met, and qualified or converted lead events when our team confirms those outcomes. A coarse score band and model version can accompany the high-potential event. Buyer brief contents are not sent as supplier conversion events. We associate the assessment reference with first and last campaign touches, Facebook click identifiers (fbclid and _fbc), the Meta browser identifier (_fbp), a first-party visitor identifier, campaign and ad identifiers when supplied, timestamps, landing pages, referral source, browser information and the IP address observed by our server.

For event matching, email addresses, phone numbers and visitor identifiers are normalized and hashed before server-side transmission. Hashing is a matching safeguard, not anonymity. Assessment descriptions, record contents, sensitivity answers and licensing-rights answers are not sent as advertising event parameters. Payout illustrations are not reported as revenue.

First-party advertising identifiers are retained in your browser for up to 90 days. Measurement choices are remembered for up to a year. You can change your choice using Privacy choices. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable advertising measurement. Declining measurement does not prevent an assessment. A withdrawal disables subsequent browser events and future queued quality events linked to that visitor identifier.

What to leave out

Do not include raw business records, customer or employee personal information, confidential client details, passwords, access tokens or other secrets. You can describe a sensitive category without including its contents.

Review and correction

Keep your assessment reference. When the team follows up, reply with that reference to request a correction or deletion of your intake details, including the internal tracker, notification and stored advertising attribution.

Service providers

OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure serve this website and store assessments. Slack and Google Workspace process the intake details used for the team’s internal review. Meta processes permitted advertising events, and Stape hosts the server-side tagging infrastructure. These services may also process technical information needed to operate them.
